CJC-1295 (No DAC) is a synthetic peptide hormone analogue. DAC refers to a chemical modification that enables binding to human serum albumin, significantly extending the peptide’s half-life (to approximately 8 days). CJC-1295 (No DAC) does not contain this modification; therefore, its mode of action more closely resembles the body’s natural pulsatile secretion pattern.
By mimicking Growth Hormone–Releasing Hormone (GHRH), CJC-1295 (No DAC) stimulates the pituitary gland to release growth hormone (GH), which subsequently triggers a series of downstream GH-mediated effects. These include promoting anabolic activity and protein synthesis, thereby supporting increases in muscle mass and strength. It also enhances lipolysis, particularly by reducing visceral fat, which may contribute to improvements in body composition. In addition, it supports tissue repair and recovery by accelerating the healing of soft tissues such as muscles, ligaments, and tendons, potentially shortening recovery time following exercise or injury.
